This is a wonderful old embroidery, probably English and dating to the 19th Century. It depicts a woman sitting under a tree. The piece is constructed of different wool fabrics that have been appliqued onto a backing and then embroidered. The embroidery is tacked onto a wooden frame and measures 15" x 12 1/2".
This is a wonderful silverplated footed oval basket with male and female masks. The basket was made by the Wilcox Silverplate Co. of Meriden Connecticut and dates to the 1870s or 1880s. The basket is in excellent condition with no loss to the plate. It features a female with long hair on one end and on the other is a male with mustache and beard. The basket stands about 8" high to the top of the handle and measures 10 1/2" x 6 1/2".
This is a very well made Victorian onyx brooch with inlaid 14k gold. The pin, c-clasp and tube hinge are also 14k gold. The brooch is in pristine condition wtih no chips. It measures 2 3/8" x 7/16" and is 1/4" high.
This is a very good looking pair of 14k yellow and white gold 2-sided cufflinks, c. 1900. The cufflinks are in excellent condition, are marked 14k and weigh 9.6 grams. The faces measure 5/8" x 5/8" and one side of each link is monogrammed "EME".
This is a lovely Victorian 14k yellow gold locket with applied rose gold decoration and seed pearls, c. 1880. The locket measures 1 1/2" x 7/8" and is in excellent condition. It is not marked, but tests 14k gold.
This is a heavy cut crystal vase by Waterford of Ireland. The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or water marks. It stands 7 1/8" high, has a diameter of about 4" at the widest point and bears the acid etched Waterford mark. The vase has a cut crosshatch design on the body with cut perpendicular lines around the rim about 1" long.
This is a Victorian 14k yellow gold brooch with applied wirework decoration, c. 1870-80. The brooch is in excellent condition with no repairs. It measures 1 13/16" x 3/8", has a tube hinge and c-clasp.
