| This is a lovely platinum and 14k gold ring collet set with a blue sapphire (about 3/4 carat), c. 1920. There are two small old European cut diamonds - one on either side of the sapphire and open-work design around the center stone. The band and filigree underside of the ring are 14k gold and the face is platinum topped. The ring is a size 3 1/2 but could be resized and the face measures 3/4" x 7/16". It is in excellent condition and the band is marked 14k. | |||||||
