| This is a lovely dessert set by Alfred Meakin, England, c. 1930s. The set consists of a small serving tray (12 1/4" x 6") and six plates (6 1/4" x 6 1/4"). The plates and tray are handpainted with a fruit design. Overall condition of the set is good. The tray has a 1/2" hairline, one plate has a tiny chip and another has two tiny chips and there is some minor paint loss. All pieces are signed "Alfred Meakin England". | |||||||||
