| This is a truly fabulous Art Nouveau silver repousse card case, c. 1900. Both sides of the case have a detailed, high relief repousse design of irises. The case measures 3 1/2" x 2 1/8" x 3/8" and has a hinged flip-top lid. Overall condition is excellent - there is an old repair on the base (see photo) and some separation (two sections about 1/2" each) in the seam on the base near the repair. The case is not marked, but tests silver. | |||||||
