This is a gorgeous silver and amethyst necklace, c. 1920s. The necklace is unsigned, but is very like the work of Peruzzi. It consists of four faceted amethysts (1/2" x 3/8") collet set with filigree and applied wirework border and four filigree rosettes. The necklace is made to be worn as a choker and is 15 3/4" long - it would need to be shortened for a smaller neck which could easily be done by shortening the chain.
