| This is a gorgeous pair of sterling silver screwback earrings designed by Joan Polsdorfer for Georg Jensen, Inc., USA, c. 1940s. Polsdorfer was the first American jewelry designer and maker to work for Georg Jensen, USA. The earrings measure 1 1/8" x 7/8" and are in excellent condition. They are fully signed "Jo Pol, Sterling" on one and "Georg Jensen, Inc., USA, 76" on the other. | |||||
